Illustrations from River Swan of Avon's Royal Collection feature in a new book titled Queen, A Collection of Poems.

Six illustrations of the late Queen Elizabeth II appear alongside the poems written by Joanne Boyle.

Joanne's poem titled Queen went viral following Her Majesty's death on 9 September. It imagined her being reunited with her late husband, Prince Phillip.

 

Joanne decided to publish it as part of a collection of her work to celebrate the life of the longest serving monarch. And having seen River's founder and chief creator Naomi Hands-Smith's illustrations of the Queen, decided to use them to illustrate the book.
